What is your return policy?

Our return and exchange policy is simple.

  • *Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • *Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • *Grooming products, water bottles, face masks, and swimwear cannot be      returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • *Sandals or shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • *Items must have all tags attached.
  • *Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to our shop.*

How can I find your international delivery policy?

We currently only deliver in the continental U.S. but have plans to expand internationally later this year.

Can I exchange any item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘What Is Your Return Policy?’.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Please inquire with us or check your tracking info for updated delivery information. In the rare event that there are any issues with products or printing, we will be notified and will update you immediately.

Can I return more than one order in a single parcel?

Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a single parcel may delay your refund.
